As soon as you have sent us your information, we will contact the Poker site that you signed up to confirm you username. We will then send you the chosen free gift as soon as we get a response back from them. This is usually within 24 hours but can take up to 5 working days, you will be notified once this happens. Is this a scam? Our offer may look "to good to be true", but it certainly is not a scam. Yes you can. You need to uninstall the Poker software, then delete your cookies (see below). You can then use the links on our site to open a new account and receive your free gift. What is a Raked Hand? All online Poker Rooms take a small percentage from each pot, usually around 5%, as payment for hosting the game, this is known as the rake. So a raked hand will be any hand you play when the house takes a rake from the pot. Please check the minimum rake requirements for each promotion. To achieve a rake of $0.25 the pot will normally have to be over $5. Please note the hands played in tournament games are not raked. How and why should I delete my cookies? To make sure that you qualify for the free gift promotion you must use the link provided on our website. This will create a cookie in your browser, which the Poker site will use to connect your sign-up with our website. If you have previously clicked on a link to the chosen Poker site chances, are you already have a cookie for that site. This needs to be deleted. To delete your cookies in Internet explorer go to 'tools', 'internet options' and then 'delete cookies'. How do I know how many raked hands I have achieved on Paradise Poker that qualify for the free gift? Please be aware that on Paradise Poker, raked hands that qualify for the free gift are not the same as Paradise Points. You receive Paradise points for simply being dealt cards, whereas qualifying raked hands require you to actually participate in the hand. You will also receive Paradise points for entering tournaments. So please do not get confused between the two. As soon as you have reached 300 raked hands, we will be automatically notified by Paradise Poker. However, if you would like to know how many qualifying raked hands you have currently reached please contact us, sending us your full name and Paradise Poker username.
